United StatesSo I originally ordered two of the 50L off-road cases offered and when they arrived I was immediately impressed by the quality. The boxes are built well and look to be able to withstand some beating. Sadly for my application the boxes would have been too small to utilize properly. I contacted Sam with HOG off-road and asked if there was anyway for a refund and shipping labels. He responded in a timely manner and said it wouldn’t be a problem. He proceeded to refund me promptly and even worked out logistics with me to see if the 90L would work better. After some back and forth I settled on one 50L and one 90L and Sam was kind enough to let me keep the second 50L. Definitely recommend buying through them. Good gear, good people, and a great relief to know that some good people still exist!
